A Write about a recent movie you have seen that you enjoyed, and why you liked it.
In these past few weeks, I went to the cinema and enjoyed a movie called "Call of Heroes," which is a Chinese movie. There are several movie stars in it included Eddie Yu-yen Peng, Louis Koo, Sean Lau, and Jing Wu. This movie takes place in the Republic Era, and it is about the resistance to the violent government and the residents in the Pu castle. However, this is not a true story, but a fiction. This movie is actually focusing on the fighting between the Kung Fu experts, which has won warm praise from audiences. I liked the part where the main character has an external conflict with his best friend. Neither of them try to hurt each other badly due to a long camaraderie. I sincerely introduce this movie to my friends because of its fascinating plot and special effects.

B Write about a learning goals you have for yourself over the next year
I wish that I can have better grades in those subjects that I don't, and I also expect that in every single competition in which I compete next year I can attain an excellent result. As a result, I believe that my future improved grades and experience in competitions will become valuable.
C What effect do you think playing sports has on learning? How much do you think the mind and body work together?
In my opinion, playing sports can become my source of relaxation from my learning. After a long time of reading and memorizing, having some outdoor sports becomes indispensable for me. Although some parents might be thinking that sports are taking up a large proportion of the daily school life of students, which can affect our grades, studies show that when students obtain break time between classes each learning, their absorption approaches to the limit. I think the mind controls our body movements, and it is a commander to all our body parts.
D What effect do you think playing a musical instrument has on learning a foreign language? What are some things you have noticed about good language learners?
In my opinion, I think that playing a musical instrument can relax my mind and relieve the pressure from learning a foreign language. Playing a musical instrument makes learning a foreign language more interesting and entertaining. Some of my aunts and uncles are good language learners, and this helps them gain a good salary from their jobs. I think that good language skills can have an influence in raising a person's competitive advantages among the others.
E Would you be willing to use an audio book plus a PDF file to read any of the following books next semester?
I would be willing to read "To Kill a Mockingbird" using an audio book with a PDF file because if we haven't finished our story, we can still use a PDF as a backup.

My defensive position is inner field, outfield, and pitcher. I comprehend how to throw slider, change up, and curve. My fast ball can reach 80 km/hr

1) Compare what you have seen or read in the Ender's Game book to whatever you have seen in the movie. Can you say a few differences in a scene or in the whole thing? What are some things the movie can do that the book cannot easily do? Or what are some things the book does better, in your opinion?

In my opinion, I think that the book gives better descriptions of people's feelings and ideas, but the movie shows everything very directly to make us have clear images of what's happening. Besides, the movie makes me feel as if I was right there in the scene. Since the movie is short, people watching it find out the resolution of conflicts swiftly, while readers of the book are engaged in a longer process of discovery that requires more patience.

A) Manipulation - Why do adults always seem to lie to Ender in the story? Do you think adults always do this in real life? Is lying to people, especially younger people, a helpful thing?

I think that adults lie to Ender because they want Ender to face his problem and get to know his actual strength. What I think is that adults sometimes tell lies for good reasons. For instance, they tell lies because they do not want to hurt our feelings, and it is called "sweet lies." They also tell lies because they don't want a person to face pain. Unfortunately, young people sometimes use lies in the wrong way such as telling lies because of not doing homework or doing something inappropriate. They mix up the function of lies which the function is more than just to protect them from hard truths.

B) Competition - What is the purpose of organizing the young people into "armies" and having them fight each other in groups at battle school? Do you think competition against classmates is helpful?

The purpose of organizing young people into groups to fight against each other is that they can earn and obtain the tactical fighting experience. It is an natural way to figure out who has better strategic strength than others. Although competing with opponents may be useful at times, when those competing exhibit too huge of a desire to win, they may turn their rivals into enemies. Competition, done wrongly, can be harmful to relationships between classmates.

Ender' s Game
To be honest, I think that Ender is a genius and almost good at every stuff because of the author's description about Ender. For instance, although Ender is third and being bullied, he fights back the bully with his technique of attack. I think many of us would want to be like Ender. Besides, I think that Ender's Emotional Quotient is pretty high owing to enduring the harassment from the bullies. I recommend everyone to take a look in Ender's Game book because it is detailed and interesting to read.
